Each year, we raise the funds needed to support accompanists, uniforms, technology, judges, scholarships, and other needs of our music programs. A significant portion of that is raised through our annual Fall Fundraiser.  Please join us by purchasing items and sharing the fundraiser with others. 

WHAT IS BEING SOLD?

• We have three categories of items for sale this fall: 

  • Spiral-cut Hams from Winter’s Deli in Michigan 

  • Cheesecakes from Grand Rapids Cheesecake Company 

  • Soups from the Onion Crock in Grand Rapids 

• These are all great to eat with your friends and family over the holidays, on a cold winter day, or while watching your favorite sporting events. 

• For corporate owners or workplace managers, these items can also make great holiday gifts for employees. 

• Please note that hams are sold within a size range. Small hams are 7-8.9 pounds. Large Hams are 9-11 pounds. Given the fact that each ham varies in weight within the range, the hams will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis within the size ranges ordered. 

HOW & WHEN CAN I BUY THEM?

• All orders can be placed online through our online store - http://go.dojiggy.io/hamsale2024

• Orders can be placed from Monday, October 28 through Saturday, November 23. 

• During the checkout process, you can designate a student that your purchase is on behalf of and whether or not you or the student will be picking up the order. 

• All items must be picked up from 2:30-6:30 on Friday, December 13 at the EGR Performing Arts Center parking lot. Any items not picked up before 6:30 will be donated to the Baxter Community Center. 

BUY A HAM FOR THE BAXTER COMMUNITY CENTER 

• Please consider supporting our community partner, the Baxter Community Center, by purchasing a ham that will be donated to them to help provide for those that are experiencing food insecurity. In Michigan, 1 in 9 people face hunger and 297,150 of them are children. Help us make a difference this holiday season.
