Each year, we raise the funds needed to support accompanists, uniforms, technology, judges, scholarships, and other needs of our music programs. A significant portion of that is raised through our annual Fall Fundraiser. Please join us by purchasing items and sharing the fundraiser with others.
WHAT IS BEING SOLD?
We have four categories of items for sale this fall:
Spiral-cut Hams from Winter’s Deli in Michigan
Cheesecakes from Grand Rapids Cheesecake Company
Soups from the Onion Crock in Grand Rapids
Award-winning salsas from Jose Madrid
These are all great to eat with your friends and family over the holidays, on a cold winter day, or while watching your favorite sporting events.
For corporate owners or workplace managers, these items can also make great holiday gifts for employees.
Please note that hams are sold at a minimum weight. Since their actual weights vary, any difference in weight will be calculated and need to be paid for at the time of pickup.
HOW & WHEN CAN I BUY THEM?

Orders can be placed from November 1 through November 20.
During the checkout process, you can designate a student that your purchase is on behalf of and whether or not you or the student will be picking up the order.
All items must be picked up from 12:30-6:30 on Friday, December 9 at the EGR Performing Arts Center parking lot. Any items not picked up before 6:30 will be donated to the Baxter Community Center.
